Getting started is the hardest part

When looking to start or commit to something new, people are always waiting for the right timing. We've all heard it, "I'm starting my diet next week, I'm going to a party this weekend" or any other type of excuse, as to why someone isn't starting their new training program, nutrition plan or any other type of new commitment or under taking. The fact of the matter is, you are never completely ready to start something new and the timing is never going to be perfect. Sometimes you just have to go for it, dive in head first and figure it out along the way. Getting started is always the hardest part. It's scary, you might not know what you're doing, you might fail. These fears are normal. But once you're started you'll start to learn. You'll start to create new habits, habits that will turn into routine and routines that will set you on a path to success. Pretty soon you won't know why you were scared or hesitant to start in the first place.
Everyone has to start somewhere and you're never going to know everything, so take that leap of faith and get going!

The Inaugural Blog

Ahhhh yes, the inaugural blog.
We're glad to see you've made it this far into checking out what we have to say, what we're putting down, & seeing what we're all about, ya' know?
Anyways, with the offical launch of the site yesterday - we're riding a bit of a high with such an overwhelmingly positive and supportive response to the site and our culture.
On that note of positivity, we're strong believers that you get what you put out into the world.
So, if  you're the type that puts out them positive vibes and boosts people up, it will come back around. (I believe they call that karma?) It may not be immediately, but it will happen.
Your life will change when you start to focus on being a source of positivity, as well as having a strong connection to the GOOD things in  your life rather than dwelling on the not-so-good.
Give it a try and see what happens. It can be a challenge, it may seem impossible, but when you are able to stop giving your attention to negativity in your life, it will be worth it. You will find and feel that internal shift.
​Every day might not be "good", but there is good in every day.
You get what you give.
So for us at CBCo, seeing such an encouraging response yesterday was awesome. This support is amazing and with your continued support, we will evolve and grow in a direction that speaks to us (and hopefully you) to provide top notch gear and content! 
We're glad to be getting our first blog post out on a #WorkingHarderWednesday as well.
